Launched in 2020, OmniTaur provides cow-inspired ultralong H3 antibodies with a humanized framework. These unique antibodies have been shown to bind to targets that may be difficult to reach with conventional antibodies, making them ideal for the study of antivirals and channel blockers, among other therapies.

Fully humanized cow scaffold:

  • Enables therapeutic use
  • Human IgG constant region
  • CDRH3 'knob' has potential to be expressed independently as a 'picobody™'
  • Enables targeting of ion channels, transporters, viral proteins, and other challenging targets with deep pockets or cryptic epitopes

Picobody™ Technology

Potential to be cleaved from ultralong CDRH3 to create small functional antibody fragments
